We take our guests out in off-road vehicles or in a traditional horse-drawn carriage to the pastures and mountains, to visit the shepherds who have lived and worked the same way for hundreds of years.
You will have the chance to interact with the shepherds and listen to their stories, which were passed down by word of mouth, from father to son. You will learn the ancient secrets of cheese, whey cheese and cottage cheese making, handed down from generation to generation of shepherds from their great-grandfathers, and taste these delicacies, famous far and wide.
